At its core, PCA is about real solutions for real violence—practical, adaptable, and rooted in experience rather than theory
PCA is combatives platform born of violence, not sport, not martial arts, focusing on survival and rapid threat resolution. The emphasis is on mindset, tactics, and simple, effectively developed skills that produce under real pressure.
PCA workshops are conducted in a candid discussion and hands-on format, incorporating practical demonstrations and attendee participation, stress-tested drills, and multiple Q&A segments. Participants engage in open dialogue about violence dynamics, psychological triggers, and life altering decision-making while practicing applicable combative principles conducive to our everyday enviornments.
No experience is necessary. PCA courses are designed to accommodate all fitness and skill levels. Each participant trains at their own pace, focusing on building awareness, confidence, and instinctive response—not physical perfection.
